We just can’t say enough about how special it is to have the Prospect 2 art biennial in New Orleans. In its third cycle – after the inaugural Prospect 1 then Prospect 1.5 – the city-wide international artists showcase continues the visionary artistic movement juxtaposed with New Orleans’ unique architecture, culture and environment. This year, Prospect 2 hosts 28 artists in established art venues and official Prospect 2 sites like NOMA, the CAC and the Ogden Museum as well as satellite venues such as The Pearl, NOCCA and the Aquarium Gallery. Come see the mesmerizing world that curator Dan Cameron has created through January 29, 2012.
