The piece called “The 18th Star: Treasures from 200 Years of Louisiana Statehood” uses over 50 cherished items and stories in its archives to remember the lasting moments from the past 200 years of Louisiana and Gulf Coast history. “The 18th Star” will be on display in their gallery at 533 Royal Street in the French Quarter now through January 29, 2012.
