Gal Holiday is the leader of New Orleans-based country music band Gal Holiday and the Honky Tonk Revue. Originally from Maryland, Holiday has been living and singing in New Orleans for over a decade. Inspired by such country stars as Patsy Cline and Hank Williams, Holiday is putting a modern New Orleans spin on a vintage style of country music.
Catch Gal Holiday and the Honky Tonk Revue at Jazz Fest May 5th (Gentilly Stage) or May 6th (Kid’s Stage). Or if you can’t make it out to Jazz Fest you can also find them rockin’ on Sunday nights at the Balcony Music Club.
