Brian Stoltz is one of the funkiest guitar players in New Orleans. He has been a member of the Neville Brothers, PBS, and the Funky Meters. He has also released four solo albums. He recently rejoined the Funky Meters. He has also appeared on albums by artists including Dr. John and Bob Dylan. Brian recently called in to discuss going from playing Bourbon Street to opening for the Rolling Stones, how the Funky Meters thrive on improvisation, and how his playing style has evolved.
