In case you missed the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in the Irish Channel yesterday, be sure to head to the Bywater Thursday night for the traditional Downtown St. Patrick’s Day parade at 7:00 pm. The annual downtown St. Patrick’s Day Parade begins on the corner of Burgundy and Piety in the city’s Bywater neighborhood, proceeds roughly up Royal Street, across Esplanade to Decatur Street, up Bienville Street to Bourbon Street. The parade makes several “pit stops” on its way to Bourbon. Click here to see the parade route.
