Cyril Neville is a member of the of the Neville Brothers, and the Wild Tchoupitoulas Mardi Gras Indian tribe. He also leads his own band, Cyril Neville and Tribe 13. Neville is currently based in Austin, Texas after leaving the city in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. A legendary musician in his own right, Cyril and his brothers have played a major part in reshaping the whole idea of what New Orleans music should sound like.
