The Revivalists are an indie rock band based in New Orleans. Since forming in 2007, they’ve proven themselves to be movers and shakers in the city’s burgeoning indie rock scene–playing local venues from One Eyed Jack’s to Tipitina’s to Jazz Fest, and touring throughout the country. Their “danceable” rock and soulful songwriting is made all the more unique through their use of pedal steel and saxophone–and their live performances are imbued with energy and purpose. Their latest release is the album Vital Signs.
