GoNOLA YouTube Pick of the Week: Po boy heaven

Everyone has a favorite Po-Boy place. My personal favorites are Crabby Jack’s and Parkway Bakery and Tavern, though you can’t really go wrong with a po-boy from any seafood restaurant in this city. The po-boy is one of New Orleans’ oldest and most enjoyed culinary creation. There is even a weekend-long festival dedicated to the preservation of po-boys.
