Oysters! We New Orleanians love them but we realize that not everyone has the taste and palate for these Gulf delicacies. Raw is certainly not for everyone but charbroiled is usually a good starting point. The best part of eating oysters with a newbie is watching their initial reaction like this girl at Acme Oyster House.
